User (Renter/Buyer) Guide

We highly recommend that you register a user account with us in order to better track your searches, listings, favorites, communication with agents and quickly manage all your settings and preferences.

From any device, this can be done by clicking on the user icon on the far right of the menu and following the prompts.  As a “user” please select that option in the Registration Form.

After your registration and prior to any purchase or rental, NatalHub will send you additional verification and consent documents required to authenticate your account.

Once you have registered as a USER, and logged in, you will now have access to your user dashboard.

You can access your dashboard by clicking on the icon in the top-right of the menu bar. Quickly access certain areas or click on “Dashboard” to go to the full section.

From your User Dashboard you will see a few menu items that include the following:

  1. Dashboard – Overview
  2. My Profile – View/edit your profile. Please complete this area as much and as soon as possible. This also helps Agents verify you are a legitimate person
  3. Favorites – Favorite listings
  4. Saved Searches – List of searches (and search parameters) you have saved
  5. Inbox – Messages from Natalhub and potentially Agents. Agents will contact you directly unless they choose to stay anonymous and contact you through Natlahub
  6. Logout
  7. Orders/Shop Account – List of any orders made to Natalhub. (Although not applicable right now, we may add certain products in the future for  User convenience and special levels.

Property listings are provided to NatalHub by agents, property managers, developers and landlords/homeowners.  for most property lists, NatalHub is the de-facto real estate agent and will serve as your primary point of communication. This is to ensure a seamless and verified process. You can rest assured that all the properties listed have been properly vetted for authenticity by our staff and agents on the ground. 

If you find a rental you’re interested in, please use the contact forms on the property card or page to request a tour (if available), ask a question or apply to the property.

For our Premier & Ultimate Sellers, You will contact the sellers directly and NatalHub is not involved in the communication or transactional process between those listing owners and property shoppers. Please see our Terms of Use for more information.

NatalHub does not have direct control over the communication between a listing provider and potential tenant.

If you’ve inquired about a listing but haven’t gotten a response, you can refer to the following section for the next steps.

Popular and highly coveted listings usually go very fast. Often, a listing receives so many contacts from potential renters that they struggle to reply to all who are interested. Listings are provided to NatalHub by agents, property managers, landlords and homeowners. NatalHub is not involved in the communication or transactional process between listing owners and home shoppers. Please see our Terms of Use for more information.

Our experience tells us that renters/buyers who make every attempt to personalize their contacts with landlords, property managers, and agents have the best chance of getting a reply. This is what we have found helps renters to stand out from the crowd and increase their chances of getting a response.

If a listing provider is not replying to your inquiry, and you’ve already provided a personalized note, it’s likely that they either did not receive your message or the listing is no longer available. You can attempt to contact the agent, property manager or landlord again by phone or email. If you continue to have trouble reaching the listing provider, it may be best to begin a new search.

 

You can report abuse or suspicious activity by contacting us directly. Once reported, we’ll investigate the issue internally.
