Yes, Very Important!

First and foremost, you must Register on this website as an Agent, Agency or Developer

From any device, this can be done by clicking on the user icon on the far right of the menu and following the prompts.

Agent – Individual Agent/Homeowner/landlord selling or renting a property.

Agency – Real Estate Agency listing single or multiple properties as a Property Manager

Developer – Real Estate Developer (builder) listing multiple properties & Lots

For All 3 Seller Types, NatalHub will be the Default Agent for the property and the Main Contact on the front-end. However, you will still be able to see your property in your Dashboard and edit it as needed. All edits will be subject to NatalHub approval before going live.

For our Premium or Ultimate Members, You will independently manage your listings and contact information.

Please allow up to 72-hours for review, approval and placement of your Agent, Agency, and/or Developer Account to be listed in our directory.

By Default, NatalHub is listed as the Contact person/Agent for all properties unless you buy the Premium or Ultimate package to manage the listings yourself.

You must have at least one(1) valid property listed on our website for consideration if you have paid for the Premium or Ultimate Package.

Once you have registered as an Agent/Agency/Developer, and logged in,  you will now have access to your seller dashboard .

You can access your dashboard by clicking on the icon in the top-right of the menu bar. Quickly access certain areas or click on “Dashboard” to go to the full section.

From your User Dashboard you will see a few menu items that include the following:

  1. Dashboard – Overview
  2. My Profile – View/edit your profile. Please complete this area as much and as soon as possible. This also helps Agents verify you are a legitimate person
  3. My Property List – List of all the properties you have submitted*
  4. Submit New Property
  5. Favorites – Favorite listings
  6. Saved Searches – List of searches (and search parameters) you have saved
  7. My Invoices – List of your Invoices etc.
  8. Inbox – Contact and Private Messages from Interested people.**
  9. CRM – Communication from potentially buyers/renters and interested people.
  10. Logout
  11. Orders/Shop Account – List of any orders made to NatalHub. (Although not applicable right now, we may add certain products in the future for  User convenience and special levels.

*Unless you are a Premium/Ultimate Member then all property details that are are edited will effectively be re-submitted for approval.

**Unless you are a Premium/Ultimate Member, you inbox will be empty with the exception of direct messages from NatalHub.

We do recommend you Register first. But, if you are not registered, then you can click on the “Add Listing” Button on the far right menu. Before completion/Submission it will prompt you to register an account and select a membership package. 

For Registered Member

  1. Please login first and then click on your user icon in the far right area of the menu.
  2. From Your Dashboard or even if you click on “Submit New Property” you will be taken to your dashboard.
  3. By Default, Your first Submission is free from NatalHub.
  4. If you are submitting another property: At the top of your dashboard you will see the different packages available to you. Make sure you select the appropriate package.
  5. Then click on “Submit New Property” and follow the prompts.
  6. All property submissions are strongly vetted and verified by NatalHub with additional documentation and verification sometimes required prior to approval.
  7. Upon approval, the property will be listed and viewable from your admin dashboard. 
  8. Any changes to the property listing will be subject to approval as well.

Free Membership $0 All New Registrations are eligible for a free Listing |  1 listing | Property listed for 1 Year | 24 pictures per listing | Property Listing is good for 1 year from the date of registration.

Standard Membership $1.99  1 listing | 1 Featured Listing | Property listed for 1 Year | 24 pictures per listing | Renews Annually (Every 1 Year) from date of purchase unless Cancelled 

Plus Membership $4.99  3 listing | 1 Featured Listing | Properties listed for 1 Year | 24 pictures per listing | Renews Annually (Every 1 Year) from date of purchase unless Cancelled 

Gold Membership $8.99  5 listing | 1 Featured Listing | Properties listed for 1 Year | 24 pictures per listing | Renews Annually (Every 1 Year) from date of purchase unless Cancelled

These listings are for Agents, Agencies and Developers who choose to manage the property independently with direct contact to prospective buyers. They will also be listed in our Directory.

Premium Membership $399.99 1 listing | 1 Featured Listing | Property listed for 1 Year | 24 pictures per listing | Renews Annually (Every 1 Year) from date of purchase unless Cancelled 

Ultimate Membership $2,500  Unlimited listing | 12 Featured Listing | Properties listed for 1 Year | 24 pictures per listing | Renews Annually (Every 1 Year) from date of purchase unless Cancelled

 
For NatalHub Managed Properties
  1. NatalHub will receive all communication regarding the property from setting up a scheduled tour, questions and requests for applications.
  2. We will vet them and upon completion of that process, forward your details in order for you to make a final decision on who you would to rent/sell the property. 
  3. You can go to your Dashboard and on the very first section called “Dashboard”, you will be able to see the number of views your properties have received.
  4. The Inbox Section is for private messages that were sent to you.
For Premium & Ultimate Members
  1. You will receive an email from the person that is sent via our “No Reply” email
  2. You can go to your Dashboard and on the very first section called “Dashboard”; you will be able to see the number of views your properties have received.
  3. You can also go to your Dashboard and down to the section called “CRM”; From there you will see 2 sections: Leads & Contacts.
  4. The Inbox Section is for private messages that were sent to you.

You can report abuse or suspicious activity by contacting us directly. Once reported, we’ll investigate the issue internally.
